Ingredients:
⅓ cup honey
½ teaspoon grated lemon zest
3 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
4 bananas, cut into bite sizes
3 apples, diced
⅔ cup dry roasted almond
In a large bowl, whisk together honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, ginger and nutmeg.
Add bananas, apples and almonds. Toss well and serve.
