Ingredients:1 pound beef, thinly sliced ½ cup brown sugar 2 stalks green onions, sliced 1
onion, sliced 1 medium carrot, sliced ½ cup light soy sauce 1 clove garlic, minced 2
tablespoons cooking rice wine 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds 2 tablespoons sesame
How to cook beef bulgogi:
Place beef slices, rice wine and remaining ingredients except vegetables in a large
bowl; mix well.
Add in vegetables and mix well again.
Let beef slices sit in marinade (in refrigerator) for at least 2 hours before cooking.
Heat a non-stick skillet, pan-fry bulgogi for approximately 3 to 5 minutes over medium
