Fruits that Lighten Skin and Make Your Complexion Glow
A cousin of blueberries, bilberries contain tannins. Tannins are powerful antioxidants
that are not only beneficial for treating facial hyperpigmentation, they also inhibit
melanin production and keep your skin smooth and young.
Blend ½ cup fresh bilberries in a blender. Apply it to your face and allow it to
sit for 10-15 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water.
If fresh bilberries are not readily available, you can buy a good quality bilberry
extract from your local health store, or get it online. Apply 1-2 teaspoons bilberry
extract on your face. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes before rinsing off with warm
water. Rinse off with warm water. Repeat facial mask 2-3 times a week.

cover them with lemon slices and let them sit for 10-15 minutes. Rinse your face
