Tell me who amongst us doesn't like chocolate? I love chocolate because it's sweet, gooey and makes me happy. Did you know that chocolate, especially dark chocolate, eaten regularly in small amounts, lowers stress levels? If you're feeling stressed lately, I'm sure today's chocolate recipe will perk you up in no time!

I've use almonds and hazelnuts in the recipe but feel free to substitute them with any kind of nuts you like.
(makes about 24)
Ingredients:
½ cup dried cranberries, coarsely chopped
½ cup dried cherries, coarsely chopped
½ cup raisins, coarsely chopped
½ cup sliced almonds, toasted
½ cup chopped hazelnuts, toasted
10 ounces dark chocolate (at least 54% cacao)
Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
Mix cranberries, cherries, raisins, together almonds and hazelnuts in a medium bowl; set aside.
Melt dark chocolate in double boiler over simmering water. You can also melt it using your microwave.
Add fruit-
With a tablespoon, scoop clusters of chocolate mixture and place on baking sheet, about an inch apart.
Chill for 30 minutes or until set. You can store chocolate clusters in an air-
