Ingredients:
½ cup butter
¾ plus ¼ cup sugar
2 eggs, at room temperature
¾ cup sour cream
1½ teaspoon vanilla
2 cups unbleached all-

¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1. Preheat your oven to 375˚F. Lightly grease a 12-
