Frogs legs are tasty and very easy to cook; you can simply saute them with a little
olive oil and minced garlic or if you like them a little crunchier, I've an awesome
recipe to whet your appetite – deep-fried frog legs, Chinese style. It's so delicious
that you can't imagine it's frog legs you're munching!
Chinese Deep-Fried Frog Legs Recipe
(serves 2 to 4)
500 grams frog legs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sesame oil
¾ cup rice flour
1 tablespoon custard powder
oil for deep-frying

Clean the frog legs and drain well.
Season with salt, pepper and sesame oil for about ½ hour.
