Easy Eggless No-Bake Cheesecake Recipe
By Kate Miller
All my kids love cheesecakes but two of them are asthmatic and prone to eczema. So,
I have to be very careful when choosing treats for them. I make sure they avoid eggs,
artificial colorings and preservatives as these may trigger allergies.
With store-bought cheesecakes, I can never know what's in the cakes. That explains
why I came up with this eggless cheesecake recipe. It's creamy but refreshingly
light; makes a perfect summer dessert with fresh fruits. Simply irresistible!
