Eggs are excellent healthy breakfast food for many reasons. As a great source of

Sliced mushrooms, diced tomatoes, peppers or diced bacon make your plain scrambled eggs come alive. These extra ingredients give the eggs more texture and nutrition with every bite. Serve with a slice of wholegrain toast for even more filling power.

A wholesome Turkish breakfast recipe that contains two very healthy ingredients – eggs and yogurt. Bring 5 cups water to a boil. Add 2 tablespoons vinegar and ¼ teaspoon salt. Reduce to medium heat once water starts to boil.

Add eggs to bean mixture, and toss well. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
