Would you like to show off and impress coffee lovers with gourmet coffee? If that's what you've in mind, I invite you to try your hands at these delicious coffee recipes. They're stylish, very easy to prepare and make great after dinner beverages especially on cold winter nights. You're sure to wow coffee lovers with its beautiful presentation and exquisite taste. Even coffee snobs love them too! Mmmmm.....
Maple Coffee Recipe
1 cup coffee, freshly brewed
¼ cup maple syrup
1 cup half & half
whipped cream
In a saucepan, heat half & half and syrup together, being careful not to let it boil.
Whisk in coffee. Serve with whipped cream.
Coffee with Prunes Recipe
⅔ cup whipped cream
⅓ cup icing sugar
2 cups strong black coffee
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 cooked prunes
4 tablespoons brandy
Mix whipped cream with icing sugar; set aside.
Heat coffee and stir in cinnamon.
Lace 1 tablespoon brand in each serving cup and drop 2 prunes.
Fill each cup with the hot coffee; top with whipped cream to serve.
Calypso Coffee Recipe
5 cups hot coffee
2 tablespoons light rum
4 tablespoons Tia Maria
whipped cream
Combine all ingredients except whipped cream in a saucepan; heat
Pour coffee into coffee cups; top with whipped cream. Serve.
Danish Coffee Recipe
4 cups hot coffee
½ cup dark rum
⅓ cup sugar
1 cinnamon stick
6 whole cloves
Combine
all the ingredients in a large saucepan; cover and keep on low heat for about 2 hours.
Serve.
Spicy Cinnamon Coffee Recipe
4 tablespoons red cinnamon candies
4 cinnamon sticks
cream or milk (optional)
4 cups hot coffee
Place 1 tablespoon red cinnamon candies into coffee cup; add hot coffee and milk, if using. Stir well until candies are melted. Serve with a cinnamon stick.
