You don't need to wear loads of make-
Allow me to digress a little and tell you some advantages of going without makeup. First of all, it's a great way to give your face a break and let your skin breathe and totally rejuvenate itself. Putting on a lot of makeup can clog your pores and contribute to pimples and blemishes, especially if you don't remove your makeup each night before bed.
Second, you'll appear more youthful than women who use makeup. This is because wearing the wrong foundation shade or color that clash with your skin tone can add years to your face.
Third, you save oodles of time and a considerable amount of money staying away from the makeup aisle.
Going without makeup in front of your boyfriend for the first time can be scary,
but there are a few simple things you can do to slowly wean off of makeup and make

1. Maintain Good Skin
The first step to looking great bare faced is to make sure your skin is at its absolute best condition – dewy, luminous and blemish free. That means eating a healthy diet consisting of nutritious skin foods such as salmon, avocado, almonds, and eggs along with heaps of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Drinking enough fluids – 8 to 10 glasses of water – every day is also important.
