By Rebecca Garcia

Are you scratching your head, thinking what to cook for dinner tonight? Now, how does this sound to you – tender pork ribs marinated in thick tangy orange sauce, baked to juicy perfection and nestled on a bed of fresh crisp mixed greens?

At a glance, this dinner recipe looks fancy but in fact, super easy to whip up. All you've to do is to prepare the sauce, let pork ribs sit in it for about an hour then pop it into the oven and bake. Viola, dinner is ready! I can assure you, this dish will be the next big hit in your family, and don't take my word for it, try it out tonight!

Baked Orange Pork Ribs Recipe

(serves 4)

Ingredients:

4 pounds country-style pork ribs

mixed greens, to garnish

Sauce:

¾ cup soy sauce

¼ cup orange marmalade

¼ cup fresh orange juice

¼ cup white wine

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 small knob fresh ginger, chopped

pepper, to taste

How to make:

Separate pork ribs into individual riblets by cutting down between the bones.

Place sauce ingredients in a saucepan, heat over low fire until you get a thick-like gravy. Remove from heat.

Marinade pork ribs with the sauce for 1 hour. Remove pork ribs; reserve marinade.

Place pork ribs on a baking sheet, bake in a preheated oven 350°F for 10 minutes.

Brush reserved sauce on the pork ribs (repeat this every 10 minutes), cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until cooked. Enjoy!
