½ cup chopped kimchi
2 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon cooking oil
¼ cucumber
1 egg, hard boiled and halved
¼ lb beef, thinly sliced
thin Korean noodle (Somyeon)*
How to make kimchi noodles
1. Combine 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon sesame oil in a bowl. Add beef slices and mix everything together. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for about 20 to 30 minutes.
