Lemon Baked Potatoes Recipe
12 baby red or yukon gold potatoes
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1½ tablespoons dried basil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
salt and pepper, to taste
How to make oven-roasted lemon baked potatoes
Wash and scrub baby red potatoes clean. Cut them into half or quarters, whichever

add potatoes. Toss everything well to combine.
Arrange potatoes in baking sheet and place in a preheated oven 350°F. Bake for about
30 minutes or until potatoes are soft when pricked with a fork. Enjoy!
