(serves 4)
1 cup fat-
1¼ cups shredded low-
⅔ cup low-
pepper to taste
2½ cups cooked whole wheat elbow macaroni
1 tablespoon grated onion
Paprika
1. Place milk, cheeses and pepper in a blender or a food processor, cover and blend until creamy.
2. Pour into a bowl; stir in macaroni and onion.
3. Transfer to a 1½ -
4. Sprinkle with paprika and then bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 1 hour or until heated through.
