My husband isn't keen on desserts. He'd rather grab a can of beer from the refrigerator,
plonk himself down on the sofa, in front of the telly. How unromantic! But whenever
I make desserts with mango, he's always happy and back for seconds! In fact, most
guys I know love mangoes.
Mangoes are nutritious, deliciously sweet, require no fancy dressing up and so easy
to work with. So, if your man doesn't want desserts, you gotta try this recipe tonight!

Mango Custard Recipe
¼ cup castor sugar
2½ tablespoons plain flour
½ chopped mango
½ cup mango juice
1 cup mango yogurt
How to make mango custard
Preheat oven to 300°F. Lightly grease a 4-cup pie dish.
In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar until thick. Whisk in mango juice, mango yogurt and
