Papaya Facial Scrub Recipe

Suitable or all skin types, but always do a skin patch test first as papaya can irritate sensitive skin, especially those with latex allergy.

 

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon papaya pulp

2-3 teaspoons ground oatmeal

1 teaspoon granulated sugar

 

 

How to make papaya face scrub

1. Mash papaya pulp with a fork.

 

 

2. Add oatmeal and sugar. Mix all ingredients until you get a nice spreadable paste.

 

 

3. Apply papaya facial scrub on your face and throat, avoiding the delicate eye area. Massage lightly in a circular motion and leave on for 3 minutes. Rinse off completely with lukewarm water and then moisturize.

 

 

If you want to add intense moisture to your face, I would highly recommend you try this out. Place 1 tablespoon ripe avocado pulp in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon raw honey and 3 drops Bragg’s apple cider vinegar. Drizzle in just enough sesame oil to form a thick paste. Apply to face and wash off after 5 minutes.
