Potato Wedges in Slow Cooker (Crock Pot)
By Rebecca Garcia
My kids love potato wedges for snacks. They can't seem to get enough of potatoes,
and ask for them all the time! Potato wedges are very versatile, and can be made
with almost any potato.
I use red potatoes for this recipe because they hold firmer than baking or Russet
potatoes. Cooking potato wedges in a slow cookeris extremely easy, even the most
inexperienced cook can make. You really gotta try it out, the cheese-and-potato combo
