3. Lycii berry, also known as Goji berry or Chinese wolfberry, is an excellent herb to raise testosterone levels in men naturally. Avoid goji berries if you take a blood thinner or medications for diabetes or blood pressure. And, if you have pollen allergies, stay away from this fruit.

 

 

4. Dandelion is a traditional herb that has been used for centuries to treat various ailments, from liver and gall bladder disorders, diabetes, to anemia. It is also frequently used as a tonic for people with weak or impaired digestion, as well as a natural diuretic and laxative.

Dandelion is not recommended if you have conditions such as allergies, inflammation of the gall bladder, intestinal blockage or obstruction in the bile duct. Otherwise, 250 to 500 mg three times each day with meals is the suggested dose.

Some of these natural anti-aging herbs can prove to be harmful, depending on the dose taken and your current state of health. Overdosing can lead to serious side effects such as skin rash, diarrhea and irregular heartbeat. You should always use anti-aging herbs with caution.
