I couldn't lose weight following the "eat six small meals a day" weight loss plan or Atkins until a year ago, I went on the Warrior Diet created by Ori Hofmekler. It may sound counter productive and even controversial but trust me, it works. I lost all of that pregnancy weight and never gained an ounce of fat.
According to Hofmekler, the Warrior Diet encourages you to skip breakfast and lunch, and eat your main meal at night. You'll lose weight without even reducing your calorie intake.
The rules of the Warrior Diet are very simple:

exercise routine (including cardio and resistance training) that lasts between 20
to 45 minutes each session, at least thrice a week, is highly recommended.
Of course, I was very hungry much of the time when I first started the diet but I resisted the urge to eat. I found something else – knitting and scrapbooking – to distract my hunger. The best part of this diet is that I lost weight at a steady rate and never hit a plateau. I also had an incredible amount of energy during the day, and slept like a baby at night.
If you've tried all kinds of diet but never really had great results, I suggest you read the second edition of the Warrior Diet book to really understand how this diet works scientifically. You'll be amazed at why it works so well.
