Quick and Easy Appetizers – Tuna Potato Patties
By Rebecca Garcia
Whenever my favorite brand of canned tuna is on bargain, I definitely grab a couple
of cans extra to store up. Canned tuna is value for money, highly nutritious (a great
source of Omega-3 fats), versatile and saves oodles of cooking time. Not just as
a sandwich spread anymore, canned tuna can be incorporated creatively into salads,
casseroles, pasta, rice and many more.
Today, I will show you one really easy and inexpensive alternative to meat patties
– tuna potato patty. These tuna-based patties are great on its own as snacks (the
kids love it!), or can be served with a bowl of crunchy salad as a full meal. And
yes, they make great finger food appetizers too!
